Premise SEONADH BURN(the mystic river) is a small wizarding village located in the Hebrides, tucked safely away from almost all civilization, wizarding or muggle. For generations the islands have been inhabited primarily by the MacFusty Clan whose family charge is looking after the dragons that call the islands home. It's isolation has come with some significant perks- they were almost entirely cut off from the war on the mainlands. To the MacFusty's, a family that preferred home-education to a Hogwarts one and never quite respected the Statue of Secrecy, the push and pull of political strife and blood purism never touched them. When the rest of the wizarding world was in shambles, Seonadh Burn was just as it always had been- peaceful and quiet.
However, with such a blessing comes responsibility too and it became clear that they couldn't continue to ignore the world at large any longer. Torn apart by the Second Wizarding War more than anything the people of Britain needed a place to escape, a place to call home that wasn't clouded with the memories of death and hatred. The village opened itself to the population, offering refuge and escape- a chance to start over without labels or history. There were those that came wanting to escape the death of loved ones, those that wanted to escape the significance of the tattoo on their arm, and those that came because they understood that others flocking meant business opportunities.
Seonadh Burn RPG is a Post-War, Canon Compliant, Non-Epilogue Compliant Harry Potter RPG set seven months after the Battle at Hogwarts. We are a character-focused game with player-driven plot. The game will explore the rebuilding of lives and the rediscovery of relationships in the wake of war. As a community we are seeking to bring back old school Harry Potter role-play as it once was and simply get back to the basics with characters we love and miss. |

The death of Albus Dumbledore brought many changes to the wizarding world. For the first time ever the Ministry of Magic was forced to recognize that Lord Voldemort had indeed returned. After years of denial, they were not prepared for the reality that was to be war.
And war it was. Within two years, the whole of wizarding society became unrecognizable. In the end, Voldemort fell at the hands of Harry Potter, but the victory was not without severe consequences. With the smoke clearing and wizarding England in ruins, the first survivors began to slowly show their faces and began to return to their lives. But after years of knowing or ignoring the darkness, it might not be as easy as they'd like to return to the light. |

It was little things at first, easy to ignore, escalating to bigger attacks, bigger crimes, and of course, retaliation. Now the country is about ready to tear itself apart as the Ministry steps up their attempts to defeat Voldemort and no one is really sure who they should trust, if they should trust anyone at all. Who can you turn to when your own government is as likely to kill you as the masked criminals roaming the streets?
Even the muggles are starting to notice. Attacks in muggle places are becoming more frequent, the Death Eaters getting more bold. And everyone is asking the same question.
How long before it's open war?
The First War is a Post-Warts, MWPP era RPG. We are canon through November 1st, 1978 and then we diverge, allowing the characters to tell their own stories.
Currently we are most interested in: Order Members, Death Eaters, and MLE Employees

| The ruins of Atlanta, Georgia.Water is scarce in the wastelands, the land around us a virtual desert, clean water is an even more precious commodity. They say there's a processing plant in the D.C. Ruins that can change that. D.C. is a long way away though and there's no guarantee they'd want more settlers moving in. You have a choice, you can try to book it across the wastelands and hope what you find isn't death, or you can stay here, make the best of what we've got and hope that the caravans are bringing us truth when it comes to making the technology our own. We'll see.
Aftermath is an RPG set in the ruins of what was once Atlanta, Georgia. Based on the Fallout 3 universe, Aftermath follows the lives of the characters within the realm. Vault Dwellers who have come into the wastelands through various means, Wastelanders the children of former dwellers and other survivors, and Ghouls are all playable characters within the realm.
